Prior to joining the Kristof Law Group, Lupe worked for one of the top personal injury attorneys in Las Vegas. Just like Michael, he decided to leave because he wanted to work somewhere tailored to customer services and the client experience.

For the last year, Senior Claims Manager Lupe Navarro, has tirelessly worked for the Kristof Law Group clients; making sure they get all that they deserve. He believes in helping and serving people.

Lupe is a master of efficiency and approaches every day with an unwavering dedication to delivering a positive service experience to the firm’s clients.

Lupe is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, including client relations and case management. An exemplary role model and team player around the office, Lupe adapts well to a variety of demands from both colleagues and clients to ensure that tasks are completed to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

What makes Lupe stand out and shine at his job is that he is non-stop. Lupe is constantly and passionately working for his clients and is on top of every case he handles.

Nothing ever gets by him and there is no problem he has not encountered yet. His knowledge and skills are why his clients love him so much.

In his free time, he enjoys spending it with his family and 4 wonderful children. It’s all about quality time with them. Whether it be soccer, swimming, or just sports in general, it doesn’t matter what they do as long as they do it together.

He is a soccer fanatic and loves Barcelona FC. His favorite soccer player is Ronaldinho. On his playlist is Coldplay, System of A Down, and Zoe. Lupe Navarro believes that Kristof Law Group fills a need in the community.
